Started in 1975 as manufacturer of
guitar parts ESP soon became a well respected guitar maker with very high and
innovating standards. LTD was launched in 1996 to offer budget-friendly
copies of the ESP range. With Metallica's Kirk Hammett signature guitar you
can't go wrong. The LTD KH-202 is a very good copy of the ESP
KH-2. It features ESP LH-301 humbucking pickups which are perfectly suited
for the genre of heavy rock and metal. With the LTD KH-202 you get a lot
of guitar for a fraction of the cost of Kirk's favorite guitar. Despite its budget-friendly price the LTD
KH-202 shows no restrictions to built-quality, playability and sound.
Once a year LTD issues a limited number of their guitars in lefty version.
