Sigma Guitars were launched in 1970 by that well known American acoustic guitar brand.  It was an answer to compete with the increasing number of imported guitars from Japan and elsewhere.  Despite the excellent reputation, the Sigma line was discontinued in 2007.

Since 2011 Sigma Guitars are back!  And now also with a nice range of lefties!

This Sigma 000M-15L is a smaller-bodied acoustic (about the size of a classical guitar), which makes it easy to hang around the neck and play standing up.

The all mahogany construction ensures a warm delightful tone.  Many will say it's especially suited for blues or fingerstyle, but it will fit a lot more styles of music.
